maya's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- why doesn't anyone leave any sweet messages for me on here. hmph weekend is almost over although i don't have class monday - i work and that already is something to complain about. This weekend was an interesting one. Friday I went to some party sponsored by the ISSO - i learned how to swing dance, salsa, twist, electric slide and the booty call.. haha. it was fun though i must admit. I don't think i even left the house on saturday - I cooked with ben and mel came over and we watched Sliding Doors. Then today i watched The Professional with ben and went to the gym with melanie and did a box and step class. It was like 100 degree's in there so i broke quite a sweat. I've been doing quite a lot with Mel and Ben - they are pretty much my only friends here in Towson..haha. It's all good though. I'll finally be 20 in a few days. It's not much of an age - well i mean like when you were 18 you were 'legal' and 21 ur like 'adult' or whatever - but it's something - i'm not going to be a teenager anymore. I'm trying to get carolina to come down for my birthday - but we'll see. I'm also going to see if i can get my friends in VA to come too.. well Dennis said he would but he's expected too - gaaa - am i assuming that ur suppose to dennis? ha ha - i'm kidding. He's still bummed about my Thanksgiving plans and I still mean what i say when i say i didn't do it on purpose to get back at him. If things go the way they are SUPPOSE too i will have money in my bank account! wahhoo. it's not much considering i need to get A LOT of stuff - but its a million times better than my situation now. On the 4th i am expected to get my paycheck. [and i better be getting it this time]First things first though - when i get the money i'm going to send marie her long awaited condoms - i have them neatly packed and everything - but i gotta have money to send them u know? I have about 28 of them - i guess that's all i could fit in my hand bag without looking perverted..hehe.. Good news for me recently - my parents got a loan with the bank to pay for my education. :) This has inspired me to give my 102%.
