maya's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- in the history of 'retards' to make a long story short [convo i had with bob about the sit] meyogi333: hey mayasuraya: hey meyogi333: what are you up to mayasuraya: nothing much .. how are you? where have u been? mayasuraya: do you want to hear a story meyogi333: yeah meyogi333: storytime mayasuraya: u know in colleges when people come in and you sign up for credit cards and get free stuff for filling out all that crap... meyogi333: yeah mayasuraya: well... this company called Novella Credit Solutions called me today telling me that I was eligible to get to Visa cards with a credit line of $5000 meyogi333: right , and mayasuraya: so i said alright cause my credit line is $500,, anyway..alongside that, i get like a first class ticket to any of my exotic destinations, cell phone and free internet for the rest of my life deal meyogi333: wow meyogi333: and mayasuraya: so i said "okay why not" anyway i gave them my account # to my bank and routiung # and all this information .... meyogi333: uh oh mayasuraya: after that i tried finding out information on them meyogi333: oh shit mayasuraya: wait i had to pay a one time fee $291.95 meyogi333: what mayasuraya: so that's why they needed my account # and stuff meyogi333: ive never heard of a credit card with a one time fee meyogi333: whats the dilly meyogi333: what happened mayasuraya: so anyway after that I tried to find out info on them and I couldn't find any mayasuraya: ... mayasuraya: so i got scared meyogi333: so mayasuraya: and basically i went through all this shit to cancel my account and get a new one mayasuraya: and..ah.. mayasuraya: it sucked mayasuraya: =( meyogi333: and meyogi333: oh mayasuraya: i know meyogi333: you didnt ge t ripped mayasuraya: i hope not..i hope that they can't get money just by knowing info on my account and routing # mayasuraya: they don't know my check card # meyogi333: good mayasuraya: gawd i'm a retard meyogi333: yep mayasuraya: thanks.. heh meyogi333: lesson learned though 7:23 PM - 2000-12-19 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
